Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Please note that ALL ITEMS, must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKING in order to process a full refund.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift. Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within ten business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
